Massage gently, but thoroughly, on skin. For highly distressed, dry, or cracked skin, wait 10-15 minutes for the balm to absorb into the skin before a second application.

Helpful Hint
If used as massage oil, put a dime-sized amount in the palm of one hand and rub hands together to melt the balm.
