What does Gua Sha mean?
Gua Sha is a massage technique that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for many years to relieve muscle pain and tension all over the body. When used on the face, light pressure and gentle strokes are used to stimulate blood flow and promote cell repair and healing while promoting lymphatic drainage. Regular use of Gua Sha on the face can help tighten the skin, soften fine lines, and promote skin elasticity. Gua Sha stimulates the Qi, the flowing life force, while it moves stagnation in the tissue.

Always use our White Jade Gua Sha Massage Mushroom on cleansed skin and apply a nourishing oil before, so that the beauty tool can glide gently over your skin. After applying your skincare products, place the White Jade Gua Sha Massage Mushroom on the lower eye area, starting from the inner corner of the eye and gently spreading it out to the temples. Repeat this a few times, then gently run the tool directly over the eyelid to reduce puffiness.

You can also use two White Jade Gua Sha Massage Mushrooms at the same time to work on both halves of your face. The massage stimulates blood circulation, relieves tension and just feels great. Let the two Gua Sha Massage Mushrooms glide from the center of the face outwards to the temples. The same applies to your forehead, where you can also move the stones from the inside to the outside in circular movements. Finally, work the neck, starting from the chin to the décolleté, to improve the drainage of congested lymph. Use daily for best results.

The lower, smaller part can even be used to stimulate acupressure points all over the body.
