The OrganiCup comes in 3 sizes (including a storage bag):
Size A: For women who have NOT given birth vaginally.
Size B: For women who HAVE given birth vaginally.

Before use, disinfect the OrganiCup by placing it in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Please do this after every period.

• Folding and inserting: Fold OrganiCup before inserting. There are different folding techniques (see here).
Insert the cup as far as possible and let the cup unfold inside you. You shouldn't feel the cup afterwards.
• You can now leave the cup in your vagina for up to 12 hours.
• To empty the OrganiCup, grasp the stem, pull gently, and squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the vacuum.
Then remove the cup carefully and only with clean hands.
• Empty the cup in the toilet and clean it with a cleaning cloth, toilet paper or rinse it under water before you put it back.
