Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), oat tops (Avena sativa), hawthorn berry (Crataegus monogyna), cardamon (Elletaria cardamomum), nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), black pepper (Nigrum piperis). May contain trace allergens.
Heat some plant-based milk = One cup (we prefer oat milk as it's naturally sweet, or almond milk) in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon Rested Resilience and mix the powder. A sweetener of your choice can be added if needed. Can also be mixed into smoothies or your porridge. Drink 1 cup daily to feel the full effect.
