How to use

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water with or after a meal, ideally in the evening. The CALM ME CAPSULES harmonize perfectly with other YLUMI products and can be combined with each other.

All capsule shells are made from vegetable cellulose (100% vegan without gelatine) and are PEG and carrageen-free, i.e. free of microplastics and other additives. Only water and hypromellose (from plant fibers) are used for production.
