Heat some plant-based milk = One cup (we prefer oat milk as it's naturally sweet, or almond milk) in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon Rested Resilience and mix the powder. A sweetener of your choice can be added if needed. Can also be mixed into smoothies or your porridge. Drink 1 cup daily to feel the full effect.

Tip:

Tastes great in combination with their Aunt Flo's Drinking Chocolate.
