A new product enriches the YLUMI family and gives reason for radiant joy
in everyday life: The HAPPY MOOD CAPSULES provide natural serotonin precursors such as L-tryptophan and 5-HTP from Griffonia, a selected active ingredient extract from ashwagandha and rose root as well as a natural vitamin B complex, magnesium and folic acid for more happiness, joie de vivre and well-being in everyday life.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes, among other things, to protecting the cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes, among other things, to a normal function of the immune system as well as to a normal mental function. Vitamin B6 contributes, among other things, to normal mental function and helps regulate hormone activity. Vitamin B3 (niacin) contributes, among other things, to normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B5 (panthotenic acid) contributes, among other things, to normal mental performance and contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. All of their capsule shells are made of vegetable cellulose (100% vegan without gelatine) and are PEG or carrageenan-free, which means free of microplastics and other additives.
