This Black seed oil has been extracted by supercritical fluid extraction in the complete absence of light, heat and air. The resulting premium quality oil extract contains no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals and no reproducible microorganisms.
Black Seed Oil, also known as Black Cumin Oil is a rich fatty oil with a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids which includes 45 - 65% linoleic acid as well as more than 1% of the rare Eicosadienoic acid. This oil also contains more than 2.0% naturally occurring essential oils, consisting mainly of thymoquinone, cymene, thujene, carvacrol and thymohydroquinone. The content of thymoquinone in the extract is more than 1.0 % and these levels have been quantified by an external assessor.
